About the Role

Own the search experience that helps buyers find their ideal property. Define product vision, work with developers, and run experiments that move the needle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for search and discovery features • Conduct user research and gather requirements from stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation • Analyze metrics and optimize user experience based on data • Create product requirements documents and wireframes • Present updates to leadership and drive cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience • Track record of shipping successful features at scale • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with real estate or marketplace platforms preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Proficiency with analytics tools and A/B testing
