About the Role

Build and scale the core Xploon platform. Work across our search engine, developer portal, and listing infrastructure using modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems using Laravel • Develop responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js/React • Optimize database queries and improve application performance • Collaborate with product and design teams on feature implementation • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web development experience • Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and JavaScript/Vue.js • Experience with MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs • Knowledge of modern development practices and tools (Git, Docker) • Ability to write clean, maintainable code • Strong communication and collaborative skills
