1. Introduction

Welcome to Xploon.com's Referral Programme ("Programme"). These Referral Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Programme, through which registered users ("Referrers") may earn cash rewards by inviting real estate professionals to register on Xploon.com as Developer Agents and purchase an eligible subscription package. By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Programme and receive rewards, you must:

• - Be a registered user of Xploon.com in good standing.
• - Be at least 18 years of age.
• - Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
• - Not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of Xploon or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies.
• - Have a valid bank account or accepted payment method capable of receiving the reward amount.

3. How the Programme Works

Eligible Referrers are provided with a unique referral link accessible from their Xploon account dashboard. To earn a reward, the following conditions must all be met:

• - The referred individual ("Referee") must be a real estate sales manager, developer, or construction company representative who has not previously registered on Xploon.com.
• - The Referee must register on Xploon.com using your unique referral link.
• - The Referee must complete registration as a "Developer Agent" on the platform.
• - The Referee must successfully purchase and activate an eligible Xploon subscription package (4-month, 6-month, or 1-year plan) using a valid payment method.
• - The Referee's payment must be confirmed and not subject to any chargeback, reversal, or dispute.

4. Reward Structure

Upon successful fulfilment of all conditions outlined in Section 3, Referrers are entitled to the following cash rewards:

• - USD 50 — for each Referee who purchases a 4-month or 6-month subscription package.
• - USD 100 — for each Referee who purchases a 1-year subscription package.

Rewards are paid in United States Dollars (USD). There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a Referrer may make, subject to Xploon's right to review and verify referrals at its sole discretion.

5. Referee Subscription Discount

As an added benefit to both parties, any individual who registers on Xploon.com using a valid referral link is entitled to a flat discount of USD 50 off their first eligible subscription package purchase. This discount is applied automatically at the time of checkout and is subject to the following conditions:

• - The discount applies exclusively to new registrations completed through a valid, active referral link. No discount is available for direct sign-ups made without a referral link.
• - The discount is valid for one-time use only and applies to the Referee's first subscription purchase on Xploon.com.
• - The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, or discount unless explicitly stated by Xploon.
• - The discount holds no cash or monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• - Xploon reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral link before applying the discount. If the referral link is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms, the discount will not be applied.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Referee's discount and the Referrer's cash reward are separate benefits and are each subject to their own eligibility conditions as set out in these Terms.

6. Reward Payment & Timeline

Rewards will be processed and disbursed within 7 working days from the date on which the Referee's registration and subscription purchase are confirmed as valid and complete. "Working days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays as officially declared by the UAE government. Xploon reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of eligibility. Xploon is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the Referrer or by third-party payment processors.

7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

Xploon takes fraud seriously. A referral will be disqualified and no reward will be issued if:

• - The Referee is found to be the same individual as the Referrer, or an associate acting in bad faith.
• - The referral was generated through automated means, bots, spam, or any method that violates these Terms or applicable UAE law.
• - The Referee's subscription is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or reversed.
• - The Referrer or Referee provides false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration.
• - Xploon determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral constitutes an abuse of the Programme.

Any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Cybercrimes.

8. Compliance with UAE Law

This Programme is operated in compliance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

• - UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• - UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.
• - UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its Executive Regulations.
• - UAE Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993) and its amendments.
• - Any guidelines issued by the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all laws applicable to them, including any tax obligations that may arise from receiving a cash reward. Xploon does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional where necessary.

9. Intellectual Property & Referral Link Usage

Your referral link is personal and non-transferable. You may share it with individuals through lawful means, including direct messaging, email, and social media. You may not:

• - Publish your referral link on coupon, cashback, or incentivised traffic websites without prior written consent from Xploon.
• - Use Xploon's name, logo, or trademarks in any promotional material without prior written approval.
• - Misrepresent your relationship with Xploon or make false claims about the Programme or its rewards.

10. Modification & Termination

Xploon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Xploon shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Programme.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable UAE law, Xploon's total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the value of the reward amount owed to you for verified eligible referrals. Xploon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
