Abraham is a 21-storey tower of 426 homes sitting directly on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Jebel Ali.
It has a small piece of history attached. The plot was originally allocated to the Bellatrix Hotel, a project that was cancelled. Azizi took the site and put a residential tower on it instead — which is why the building has three basement levels of parking, a specification more typical of a hotel than of a mid-market apartment block.
Studios through three-bedroom apartments, plus 13 duplexes and 12 retail units. Sales launched on 7 August at an event at the Conrad on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Pricing
Current entry pricing on Xploon is AED 735,000 for a one-bedroom apartment at 355.43 sq ft, with 11 units listed and a 16-month payment duration.
This is the figure most worth checking against what you may have read elsewhere. Published launch prices for Abraham appear as AED 505,000, AED 520,000, AED 521,251 and AED 540,000 across at least four different portals. Those were launch-phase figures. Current developer-listed inventory starts at AED 735,000, which is a substantial gap — and the reason a buyer arriving from a portal listing often finds the price does not exist any more.
Add DLD 4% plus registration and trustee fees for all-in acquisition costs of roughly 7–8%.
Indicative pricing. Check xploon.com for current prices and availability.
The building
21 residential storeys above three basement parking levels, containing an estimated 426 units. The mix runs studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with 13 duplexes and 12 ground-floor retail units.
Reported unit sizes span roughly 318 to 2,076 sq ft. The duplexes are the stock worth identifying early — 13 of them in a 426-unit building is genuine scarcity, and duplex layouts are rare across the whole Jebel Ali district, not just this tower. If you are buying for capital growth rather than yield, that is where the differentiation sits.
The three basement levels are more meaningful than they sound. Parking allocation is a chronic constraint in dense Dubai buildings, and a tower carrying hotel-scale parking provision has more of it per unit than the mid-market norm.
Amenities
Infinity pool. Fully equipped gym. Spa. Landscaped seating areas. Ground-floor retail. Secure parking across three basement levels.
Location
Abraham sits on Sheikh Zayed Road within Downtown Jebel Ali, adjacent to Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The surrounding neighbourhoods — Green Community, Al Furjan, Dubai Investments Park, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands — give the district an established residential character rather than the raw-construction feel of newer Dubai suburbs.
The investment read
The tenant argument here is the same as everywhere in Downtown Jebel Ali, and it is a strong one: a large, employed, geographically fixed population next door in JAFZA. Rental yields in the district have run 6–8%.
Where Abraham differs from its neighbours is the unit range. Most Jebel Ali stock is studios and one-beds. A tower carrying three-bedroom apartments and 13 duplexes reaches a family and senior-professional segment that the district undersupplies — and those units face almost no internal competition at letting or resale.
The counterweight is the price movement. If current inventory sits at AED 735,000 against launch pricing near AED 520,000, early buyers have already captured a significant part of the appreciation. That is not an argument against buying, but it does mean the entry point today is materially different from the one the marketing material describes.
The 50/50 structure spreads half the price across construction with the balance at handover, which keeps the capital commitment during the build period lower than a front-loaded plan.
About Azizi Developments
Founded 2007 by Mirwais Azizi, led by Group CEO Farhad Azizi, registered with the Dubai Land Department under licence 1002.
More than 45,000 homes delivered to buyers from over 100 nationalities, with around 150,000 units currently under construction. In 2024 the company handed over more than 10,000 units across 19 projects.
Abraham sits within a cluster of Azizi projects in the Jebel Ali corridor alongside Lina, Arian, Gabriel and Noura. That density is useful for a buyer — you can compare several buildings by the same developer in one district and assess the differences in specification and price directly rather than taking the first one you see.
All payments are held under RERA escrow in a project-specific account, released against verified construction milestones.

Handover has been cited variously as Q2, Q3 and Q4 2027, with June 2027 and December 2027 both appearing on different listings. Azizi has not published a single confirmed date, so check the milestone recorded on your unit's SPA before planning around it.
Yes, 13 of them in a building of roughly 426 units. Duplex layouts are uncommon across the whole Jebel Ali district, which makes these the most differentiated stock in the tower — relevant if you are buying for capital growth or resale rather than yield.
