The overall score is calculated as the average of submitted overall ratings. We may apply weighted factors, such as recency, to ensure the most current market experience is reflected accurately.
Subscores and overall ratings are submitted independently.
Xploon uses both automated systems and manual moderation to detect:
• Fake or manipulated reviews
• Conflict-of-interest submissions
• Coordinated rating manipulation
• Incentivized or promotional content If suspicious activity is identified, reviews may be removed and further action may be taken against the account involved.
Users can report questionable reviews for investigation.
However, reviews will not be published, or may be removed, if they contain content that:
• Constitutes advertising, solicitation, or promotional material
• Includes political, religious, or non–real estate-related commentary
• Discloses personal data or confidential information of any individual or entity
• Contains defamatory allegations, unverified accusations, or statements presented as fact without substantiation
• Violates UAE defamation, cybercrime, or anti-discrimination laws
• Includes hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory remarks
• Contains obscene, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material
• Involves impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
• Constitutes spam, coordinated manipulation, or misleading information
• Refers to, promotes, or facilitates illegal activities under UAE law
Xploon reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content at its sole discretion where necessary to ensure compliance with UAE legislation, protect platform integrity, and safeguard users from legal or reputational harm.
To maintain relevance and market accuracy, reviews may also be limited to a defined publication period, particularly where project status, ownership, or market conditions materially change.
Users may be able to sort reviews by:
• Most recent
• Highest or lowest rating
• Specific rating category
• Investor profile (where applicable)
If external review data is ever shown, it will be clearly marked as such.
Such responses may be used to:
• Provide factual clarification
• Communicate updates, corrective actions, or project developments

All developer responses must comply with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including regulations relating to defamation, commercial communications, cybercrime, data protection, and consumer protection.
Responses must not:
• Contain defamatory or unsubstantiated allegations • Disclose personal or confidential information • Include misleading, deceptive, or promotional claims presented as fact • Violate anti-discrimination or public decency standards Xploon reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove developer responses that do not comply with UAE law or platform policies. Developers remain solely responsible for the content and legal implications of their responses.
