Sanzen Development is a UAE-based real estate development and project management platform with regional investment and property development experience across the GCC.
GROUP STRUCTURE
SANZEN Project Management L.L.C. – Dubai, UAE, serves as the group's holding and development manager, overseeing feasibility, design, sales, delivery and after-sales.
Zennova Realty Real Estate Development L.L.C. – Dubai (DET 1398121) is 100% owned by SANZEN and holds the exclusive mandate for the group's Dubai developments.
Sanad Investment & Development Co. L.L.C. – Sharjah (SEDD 758620) was established in 2018 to secure land and assets and serve as Sukoon's developer of record.

SAUDI ARABIA
Gulf Real Estate Projects Company has nine projects, including seven completed and two under development.
Completed projects include Viola Compound, Dabab Center, King Fahad Tower, West Avenue Mall, Hitteen Apartments and Crystal Plaza in Riyadh.
Projects under development include Radisson Hotel & Residence in Riyadh's Olaya district and Luxury Plaza.
OMAN
Majan Development Company has eight projects, including six completed and two under development.
The portfolio includes Al Khuwair Building, Ghala Buildings 1 and 2, AlMuzn Residence 1, Bausher Building and Al Qurum Building. The pipeline includes AlMuzn Residence 2 and a multipurpose hall in Muscat.
UAE DEVELOPMENTS
SUKOON BY SANZEN – SHARJAH
Located in Al Tay, Sharjah, Sukoon is a residential community of villas and townhouses designed around space, water and peace of mind. Phase 1 is sold, and Phase 2 is under active sales.
ZEN LAGOONS BY SANZEN – DUBAI
Located in Meydan Horizon, Dubai, Zen Lagoons comprises 211 residential units. Escrow is established, and launch preparation is underway.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
SANZEN manages the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and land due diligence to design, approvals, sales, construction, handover and after-sales.
