Saba Properties is a Dubai-based real estate developer established in 2003, recognised for delivering high- quality residential and commercial towers in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). As one of the early freehold pioneers in Dubai, we have successfully developed and handed over three landmark 36-storey towers, comprising over 900 units, with total sales exceeding AED 1 billion.
All three towers Saba Tower 1, Saba 2 and Saba 3 were completed and handed over before 2008, becoming among the first fully operational developments in JLT. Today, they continue to set benchmarks for build quality, rental performance and long-term capital value, maintaining strong appeal across both residents and investors.
We also operate Saba Property Management, our dedicated building and asset-management division, ensuring long-term service quality, operational stability and preservation of property value across our portfolio.
Building on this proven track record, Saba Properties is now delivering its new flagship development, Marriott Residences JLT; a branded residential tower in partnership with Marriott International, introducing hospitality-inspired luxury living to JLT.
